FAQ

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding weekends/bank holidays. Please allow up to 4 business days after order placed for processing as we are a two woman team! As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with tracking information.

We aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it has been processed. Please email us as quickly as possible at info@ismisa.co with your order number and we will do our best to make it happen.

Delivery timeframes (once order has shipped) and shipping rates are listed below :

• Ireland - €5, up to 3 business days
• UK - £13, up to 5 working days
• Rest of EU - €12, up to 5 working days
• United States - $20, up to 5 working days
• Australia - $25 AUD, up to 10 working days

For orders shipping outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

• We cannot predict or control the amount of these charges, as they vary by country.
  
• Refusing to pay customs duties or taxes may result in your order being returned to us. In such cases, any shipping costs (including return shipping) and non-refundable duties will be deducted from your refund.

We hope you love your order. However if you are not fully satisfied with your item(s), you may return for a full refund within 28 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original condition with tags in tact. We are unable to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed or damaged. The garment(s) must be free from all signs of wear in order to be eligible for return.

Please email info@ismisa.co to initiate your return. Please note delivery costs are not included in your refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you toconfirm whether your refund has been approved.

 If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We offer exchanges within 30 days of receipt depending on availability for all Irish orders.
